Mr.G.Satheesh Reddy, Scientific Adviser to the Union Defence Minister who is from Nellore has adopted his native village Mahimaluru in Atmakur mandal. He promised to do everything possible for the development and welfare of the people in the village. He stressed the need for improving basic amenities and more resources in rural areas for which the village adoption concept would be of great help.

Mr.Satheesh has been actively involved in the efforts for the national development and ‘Make in India’ concept.
