In a bid to enroll all persons in the age group of 18 to 19 years, the district administration is taking the assistance of Vikrama Simha-puri University (VSU), as part of Systematic Voter’s Education and Electoral Participation (Sveep) programme in SPSR Nellore district. The Sveep programme was meant for tackling urban apathy, both in registration and electoral participation.
