The 61 year old renowned mimicry artist Mr Addanki Subramanyam finished his studies in Gudur town and even worked as a teacher there. He learnt and practiced mimicry on his own and went on to give thousands of stage shows in India and abroad. He is proficient in Hindi and English as well.

He won numerous awards and prizes from eminent personalities including chief ministers Mr Rama Rao and Mr Chandra Babu Naidu. He also trains young aspirants in the art of mimicry free of cost. He is now living in Nellore near Raja Rajeswary Temple in Dargamitta.
