The Nellore District Archaeological Museum is being operated by the Department of Archaeology & Museums of Andhra Pradesh state. It is located in the Magunta Layout area of Nellore city, close to RTC Bus Stand.

The district museum has 11 galleries viz. archaeological, Indian art through the ages, Bidri ware, metal ware, wooden art craft, numismatics, epigraphy, arms and weapons, bronze, porcelain and sculptural gallery in the open land. Attempts have been made to create special display methods to attract visitors by displaying antiquities and 400 other objects in different media in a manner, which could be enjoyed, appreciated and understood.

Entry Fee: Rs 3 per head for adults and Rs 1 per head for adults
