Apollo Hospital Group’ 200-bedded Apollo Specialty Hospital (ASH) in Nellore was inaugurated by Andhra Pradesh CM Mr N Chandrababu Naidu today. The hospital is equipped with virtual ICU and Telemedicine Technology. ASH Nellore will offer advanced treatment and cater to the needs of people in remote places with its telemedicine facility, without having to visit the hospital.

The Chairman and Founder of Apollo Group of Hospitals Mr Prathap C Reddy,  said that eICU and digitised systems will play a lead role in transforming rural healthcare. The hospital will serve as a one-stop healthcare facility for advanced medical care for people in Nellore and nearby regions of Nellore, Prakasam, Kadapa and Chittoor.
