940 Village Panchayats in SPSR Nellore District

As per the latest available statistics, 940 village panchayats (gram panchayats) in the SPSR Nellore district are going for panchayat polls shortly. 469 of them are reserved for women while the rest are under general category. Considering caste based reservations, 487 seats are reserved for SC, ST and BC while the remaining 453 seats are under open category.
