MG Brothers is building a retail mall cum multiplex to be called Felicity Mall at Dargamitta in Nellore city. The project coming up in 6700 sq.m. land will have about 29,000 sq.m. built-up area with 2 basements, a ground floor, 3 upper floors, exit corridor and projection room. PG Patki of Mumbai are the architects for this project.
The project would accommodate a hyper market and retail shops in ground, 1st and 2nd floors with a five screen multiplex on 3rd floor with nearly 1000 seating capacity. The 11,000 sq.m. parking area can accommodate 330 four wheelers and 150 two wheelers.
