Moola Satish Kumar Reddy, Director (International Customs Division), Central Board of Excise & Customs, New Delhi has received the Specially distinguished record of Service on the occasion of Republic Day, 2012.

Mr.Reddy is an ex-student of VR College, and hails from Venkanna palem village of TP Gudur mandal. He is an IFS of the 1993 batch. We congratulate Satish Kumar Reddy on this occasion.

The officers of the Customs & Central Excise Department are considered for grant of Presidential Award of Appreciation Certificate for exceptionally meritorious service rendered at the risk of life and specially distinguished record of service on their achieving and maintaining excellence in the discharge of their duties. These awards are announced on the eve of Republic Day. This year 35 officers have been selected for grant of Presidential Award of Appreciation Certificate for ‘Specially distinguished record of service’. These officers have exhibited exceptional commitment and devotion to duty on a sustained basis, while achieving the goals set for their organizations.
